1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CloudZeno ("Service"), provided and managed by Buildora Labs ("Company"). By ordering, accessing, or using CloudZeno server hosting, managed infrastructure, or technical maintenance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
CloudZeno provides managed cloud server hosting, deployment pipelines, server provisioning, security configuration (SSL/HTTPS), database setups, and infrastructure monitoring. Specific infrastructure configurations are tailored per customer workload agreement.
3. Custom Pricing & Quotes
CloudZeno provides customized cloud hosting quotes tailored to your application's compute, bandwidth, and maintenance needs. Pricing is determined on a per-customer basis following technical consultation via support@cloudzeno.online. Service fees are billed according to your custom service order agreement.
4. Customer Obligations & Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CloudZeno infrastructure for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: hosting malware, executing unauthorized penetration tests, distributing spam, hosting illegal content, or violating intellectual property rights.
5. Server Maintenance & Uptime SLA
CloudZeno targets 99.9% infrastructure availability. Scheduled server maintenance or upstream datacenter maintenance windows will be communicated in advance whenever feasible. Emergency security patching may occur immediately to safeguard your server environment.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CloudZeno and Buildora Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from loss of data, unauthorized server intrusion, or upstream datacenter outages outside our direct operational control.
7. Termination & Decommissioning
Either party may terminate the hosting service upon written notice via email. Upon termination, CloudZeno will assist with data backup exports before server instances are securely decommissioned.
